Examination applications will be accepted from August 7, 2025, to August 21, 2025. If the selected candidate holds a position in the Career Service of a Government Entity belonging to the Executive Branch, their current salary will be used as a reference to calculate the salary they will receive at the time of the transaction.

Pursuant to the powers and authority granted by Act No. 38 of June 30, 2017, as amended, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Government of Puerto Rico,” 3 LPRA § 9601, et seq, and as stated by the Executive Reorganization Act 4 of June 22,1994 as amended, 3 LPRA. Ap. X, § I, et seq, the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce hereby gives notice of the intent to repeal the following regulations, as registered at the Puerto Rico Department of State.
