Damage and Request for Emergency Services Form

In response to the possible damage caused by the passage of Storm Ernesto through Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) shares a form to facilitate the identification and evaluation of damage to industrial properties, as well as to respond to requests for necessary emergency services. We invite all tenants confronted with damage to their property to complete this form to ensure a quick and effective response to their needs. It must be sent to emergencia@pridco.pr.gov

Our commitment is to support our industrial communities in recovering and restoring their operations as soon as possible.

PRIDCO Announces “Green PRIDCO” Project: Installation of Solar Panels on Industrial Buildings

San Juan, Puerto Rico – April 14, 2025 – The Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO), Eric Santiago Justiniano, announced the launch of a project to install solar panels on the rooftops of industrial buildings owned by this public corporation. The announcement was made during the Cogeneration Day event, held at the Sheraton Hotel, Convention District in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
