Effective today, I have appointed the following individuals as Information Officers under Act No. 141-2019, the Transparency and Expedited Procedure for Access to Public Information Act:

• Myriam Soto Pagán

This appointment carries with it all the powers and responsibilities contemplated in Act No. 141-2019. I appreciate your continued cooperation with our colleagues. The DDEC Communications Office is hereby instructed to make the corresponding changes to our website.

Pursuant to the powers and authority granted by Act No. 38 of June 30, 2017, as amended, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Government of Puerto Rico,” 3 LPRA § 9601, et seq, and as stated by the Executive Reorganization Act 4 of June 22,1994 as amended, 3 LPRA. Ap. X, § I, et seq, the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce hereby gives notice of the intent to repeal the following regulations, as registered at the Puerto Rico Department of State.
