Internal Recruitment G 001-2024 - Surveyor

Nature of Work:

Primary responsibility for the execution of professional studies to obtain accurate data for graphical representation of the perimeter and configuration of land for sale or acquisition by the Company. This responsibility involves establishing professional relationships with public and private sector officials in relation to the processing phases of documents, permits and surveying plans.

Working conditions:

Availability to work outside regular hours, availability to work and travel throughout the island, possess a mobile communication device (cell phone) and own a car in good condition.

Minimum requirements:

Baccalaureate from an accredited college or university with a specialization in Surveying. Two (2) years of progressive experience in surveying work. Surveyor's License issued by the Examining Board of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors of Puerto Rico. Verbal and written command of English and Spanish. Mastery of computer programs: Excel, Word, Power Point and applications in the field of surveying.

Nature of the Exam:

The exam will consist of an evaluation in which points will be awarded for academic preparation, courses or training and for work experience directly related to the functions of the positions in the class.

PRIDCO Announces “Green PRIDCO” Project: Installation of Solar Panels on Industrial Buildings

San Juan, Puerto Rico – April 14, 2025 – The Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO), Eric Santiago Justiniano, announced the launch of a project to install solar panels on the rooftops of industrial buildings owned by this public corporation. The announcement was made during the Cogeneration Day event, held at the Sheraton Hotel, Convention District in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
